When you make a booking through our website, it is necessary to provide your contact details. You are only required to fill in the mandatory fields (e.g. name, email address, stay period). The booking date and time are also stored. Additional information (e.g. phone number, notes/requests) is optional.

Processed Data:
The data you provide is used exclusively to process your booking, to deliver our service, and to communicate with you. This data is transmitted to Smoobu GmbH to facilitate your booking in the system.

Booking via YourAustrianHome:
The actual booking processing is done via the platform https://www.youraustrianhome.com/j/privacy, which is also based on Smoobu software.
During the booking request via the booking form, you will be explicitly required to accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the privacy policy of YourAustrianHome (YAH) before completing the booking. This consent is mandatory for a binding reservation.
